公司的生产基地在上海奉贤金钱公路3818号，公司占地10000平方米，员工40多名，车间拥有52套来自台湾的先进冷墩、钻尾和搓丝设备、并配有电脑在线检测系统，对稳定产品质量提供有力保障，同时配有自动送料装置和甩油装置，进一步提高生产效率，降低生产成本，目前公司年产紧固件6.5亿件，且可随着市场的扩展，可以进一步扩大产能。公司有一条半自动包装流水线及2000平方米的立体托盘货架。

"Chuanggu" is a famous brand in door and window and curtain wall industry. Chuanggu is composed of Shanghai Chuanggu Industry&Commerce Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Chuanggu Fastener Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. The former mainly engaged in doing research on fastener products and their market demands, and the latter offers technical support mainly focusing on R&D as well as production of fasteners. Meanwhile,we offer products and services support for other relative industries.
Chuanggu actively explore the market home and abroad, and now our products take up a high market share in High-end market especially in Shanghai and the east of China. Our customers deemed highly of our main products such as self tapping screws and self drilling screws for the stability of the quality.
Chuanggu has a factory of 10000 sq.m with more than 40 employees, locating at No.3818 Jinqian Road, Fengxian area of Shanghai. We have fifty-two advanced Head Machines, Cold Forge Machines and Drilling Equipment made from Taiwan. We have the computer on-line detection system to ensure the stability of the product quality. 岗位职责和专业要求：
本科学历，金属材料工程专业、有较强的金属材料及热处理理论知识，能独立操作金相显微镜和维氏硬度计等设备，能看懂碳钢热处理前后金相组织，并对产品的质量问题进行分析和判断，有较强的数据分析能力，对生产中出现的问题协助分析和解决，组织协调生产现场管理各大项的检查与考核；具备较好的沟通和表达能力，有较强的执行力；部门领导安排的其他工作。
