二、招聘需求

现因公司扩大和业务增长需求，我公司诚聘培训项目实施专员数名。此职位的工作职责要求如下：

Job Responsibilities:

To provide teaching assistances to the professor/facilitator and organize logistic arrangements for them before, during and after the programs to make sure they run smoothly;

Teaching materials preparation, including materials translation, layouts adjustments follow by the company standards and materials printing out;

Work on various programs based on the working procedure;

Manage the internal and external vendors to make sure the quality of the services is met;

Database maintenance including participant profile, attendance records, teaching materials organization etc.;

Deliver program information to the clients in a professional way and on-site supports to ensure the quality of the program;

Cost controlling to minimize the project cost but offering high quality program.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in English or having studying/working experience in overseas are preferred;

Having a keen eye for detail, as well as a high level of ability in prioritizing and multi-tasking;

Able to communicate internally & externally to obtain the resources & support needed;

Business knowledge is preferred;

Good interpersonal skill with integrity;

Good ability of reading, speaking and writing in English;

Good ability of MS operations;

Be able to work under pressure and time constrains;

Good team work spirit;

Mature, be confident in handling with complexity.
