岗位名称：IT Analyst – Internship

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed岗位要求:

Degree in computer

- Some ERP experience:

a) Working with any ERP systems (manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred)

b) SQL database management experience in ANY of the following: Oracle, SQL Server or Pervasive SQL;

c) Commercial software development experience in any languages (C# is a plus)

d) Knowing Business Intelligence systems is a plus

- Familiar with information technology trends, including ERP, software development, database, hardware and software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including English and Chinese

- Team building and good communication skills

- Flexibility to travel within China occasionally

- Working experience within an industrial environment is preferred

- Ability to effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment.

- Ability to bring solutions to complex business problems.

- Has HSE awareness and follows company HSE instructions

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. To support and improve the use of business systems in China

a) 2nd level support for China companies" Business Applications (ERP)

b) Ensuring help desk calls/issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

c) Administers and supervises applications in area of expertise following global standards.

d) Makes suggestions for improvements to the global application team and the Regional Application Manager.

e) Leads and documents the regional implementation of application projects with the support of the global application team.

f) Trains Level 1 on specific application areas with the accompanying standards, policies and best practices.

g) Assists sites with technical issues, calling upon the global application team and external suppliers as necessary.

h) Ensuring the most cost effective solutions are deployed (in line with the global Vesuvius IT strategy).

Reports to the Regional Business Applications Manager

2. To support the implementation of technical & business systems projects in China

Networking with other IS personnel outside of China to provide support / additional resources when required

Working with group IT deploy team to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
