Stenvall Skoeld & Company is lookingfor a number of PTA's to work with us on a regular basis over the next 12months.
We are boutique a strategic advisory firmspecialized in China-related mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investments.Our clients include corporations and private equity firms investing in China,as well as China-based companies expanding overseas. Stenvall Skoeld &Company's head office is located in Shanghai.
As PTA you will work on real clientengagements or business development efforts in a range of industries together.You will have the chance to develop your basic consultancy tools such assecondary research, interviewing and basic data analysis and develop a criticalmanagement consulting mindset.
Your background:
- Expected graduation date: 2014
- Very strong English skills,both oral and written
- Self-motivated and able to workunder pressure
- Able to commit at least 2working days during engagements (engagements usually last from 3 weeks to 3months).
As PTA you will be based in out Shanghaioffice (Madang Lu, close to Huang Pi Nan Lu subway station).
