Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.
In this role, you will:
1. To be responsible for handling all corporate and individual account opening/amendment  documents checking according to guidelines and regulations, all corporate and individual internet banking maintenance and account maintenance clean up. To ensure all required documentation have been properly completed before opening of new accounts without breaching SLA.
2. To prepare relevant SAFE/PBOC and internal returns and reports under strict deadlines. To report account opening to regulators where required.
3.  To scan customer account's signature specimen to the HUB system and ensure timely update/maintenance.
4. To file active/unclaimed/close account packets in account number order.
5. To deal with customer’s returned mails and keep proper records in both manual register and HUB. To attend customer enquiries about the branch’s retail banking services.
6. Keep a scientific and smart filing system within the relevant area. Support or backup other positions when necessary.  To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1.Fresh graduate of bachelor degree or above
2.Flexible work place, e.g. Dongguan/Huizhou /other GD Sub-branch
3.Have team work spirit
