Job Description
Position: Intern

Overview:
· This role is responsible for Deloitte China's experienced hiring recruitment operations to coordinate interview arrangements and utilize the recruitment system (Taleo) operation. He/she reports to the national recruitment manager and works closely with business leaders and recruiters in the regional offices.
Responsibilities:
· Interview Arrangement:
Work with functional hiring managers directly or their secretaries to plan interview schedules as required
Record the interview status and follow up on progress when necessary
· System Operation:
Capture candidates' information into Taleo after they start interview process
Run recruitment reports in Taleo for the leadership reference as required
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin), English major is preferred
· Good organization skills with flexibility and perseverance
· Problem resolution capabilities
· 4 days' full attendance in total per week
