【招聘岗位及要求】
Mission:
-To provide a wide range of office-related services to stakeholders
Responsibility
- To screen the candidate resume
- To input and update the candidate information in internal database
- To support some monthly finance transactions & handle all the personnel issues, such as timesheet, expense, etc.
- To provide HR-related ad-hoc & regular reports to support firm daily operation
- To keep records of the stationeries ‘usage and purchase, and to update and summarize these required data regularly
- To perform a variety of office activities including copying, filing, meeting requests, travel arrangements, phone coverage, as requested.
- Other tasks signed by the manager
Requirement:
- University graduate or above
- Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- English Fluent
