Position : Intern Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Shipment request evaluation
AMS/ACI Self filer verification
Credit worthiness
Time (Late booking, booking in time, AMS/ACI relevance check)
Identifies the route that will move containers from the beginning to the ending location
Creates bookings in FIS and accurately assigns rates
Allocation check
Works with the Equipment Department to determine equipment availability
Shipment definition
AMS/ACI self filer specification
Shipment announce
Shipment status check
Shipment rating and RA/ Tariff retrieval
Creates and distribute Booking Confirmations
Filing of documents
Ensures that any and all documentation required for a shipment is received in a timely manner
Updates bookings when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes
Attends to telephone enquiries from customers
Coordinates with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments
Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments
Works closely with all departments to assure specific customers’ needs are handled appropriately
Position : Intern Sales Support
Responsibilities:
The Sales Support – Area North and Central, China is responsible to:
Handle quotations for customers
File agreed rates in Hapag Lloyd systems
Generate performance reports
Follow up with existing customers (mostly FOB) to maintain their support
Coordinate with customers on space forecast
Qualify sales leads for sales executives
Promote Hapag Lloyd new products e.g. intermodal services to our customers
Handle/co-ordinate complaints or objections
Quotations
Handle quotations through FIS
Upon received confirmations from customers file agreed rates in FIS
Customer maintenance
Regularly contact customers as assigned and record follow up actions in SAM
Ensure the monthly KPI of number of calls be met
Collate space forecasts from customers and coordinate with Sales Steering
Sales support
Qualify sales leads from overseas offices
Generate customers performance reports for performance review
Promote new products to our customers
Communicate with customers on advisories e.g. GRI, service changes
Requirements要求:
1一周4~5天实习
2 英语4级,6级
3有船公司或者货代相关实习经历,了解相关航运知识为佳
4良好的适应能力和交流能力
