Position: 1st year Analyst
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities
·Support senior colleagues in researching and creating marketing pitch materials, building financial models to value potential clients, and researching industries or sectors as determined by senior colleagues in targeting certain clients or industries.
·Assist in active equity transactions including, but not limited to: financial analysis, model creation, drafting memoranda, due diligence, attending client meetings and drafting sessions, creating data rooms, and any other support services required to assist in closing an engagement.
·Travel to client meetings, drafting sessions and due diligence as necessary.
·Participate in any other requests from senior colleagues or clients.
Qualifications
·Master’s degree in top-tier universities required; majoring in finance, economics or accounting or MBA.
·Internship or prior work experience in financial services industry preferred.
·Proven track record in university studies required.
·Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities.
·Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills.
·Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice.
·Ability to manage expectations of senior colleagues while working on projects simultaneously.
Position: 3rd year Analyst or 1st year Associate
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities
·Build and analyze complex financial models
·Develop customize positioning and valuation presentations for companies identified as potential clients
·Prepare descriptive information memoranda and presentations used in the marketing of clients to potential buyers
·Monitor and research transaction, industry and credit market trends, maintain presentation materials for referral sources and potential clients
·Manage extensive due diligence processes, including organizing and maintaining data rooms
Qualifications
·Master’s degree in top-tier universities required; majoring in finance, economics or accounting or MBA.
·At least one year of investment banking Associate experience or two years of investment banking Analyst experience required
·Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail
·Proficiency in financial modeling techniques
·Ability to manage expectations of senior colleagues, analysts and clients while working on projects simultaneously
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
