Headcounts: 8
Location: AB Room, 11/F, Huiyin Building, No.758 West Nanjing Road, Shanghai
Responsibilities
Ø Assist Consultant to collect industry updates and talent information for compilation of industry analysis.
Ø Guided by Consultant, study and analyze the talent requirements from clients, and provide added value service.
Ø Search candidates using effective sourcing channels with deployment of professional headhunting approach.
Ø Participate in talent screening and arrange as well as coordinate interviews for qualified candidates.
Ø Data entry of candidate’s information to system.
Personnel Requirements
Ø University or Graduate School students can work at least three days per week
Ø Good command of English. Student with fluent spoken English is preferred.
Ø Initiative, diligent, down to earth and persistent
Ø Sociable with good communication ability
Ø Able to work under pressure and like taking challenges

实习生（猎头助理）：
招聘人数：8名
公司地点：南京西路758号汇银大厦11楼AB室
工作职责：
1.协助顾问收集行业动态和人才信息，做出行业分析；
2.在顾问指导下分析和研究客户招聘要求，为客户提供有价值的服务；
3.运用猎头专业方式，通过各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人；
4.参与人才筛选，安排并协调合格候选人的面试；
5.候选人资料整理录入工作等。
任职要求：
1.2012年应届毕业生（大四或研三学生），每周能够实习工作三天以上，对猎头行业有浓厚兴趣；
2.英语良好，口语流利者优先；
3.主动性强、勤奋、踏实、坚持；
4.喜欢人际交往，良好的沟通能力；
5.能承受工作压力，喜欢挑战；
