TRAINING MERCHANDISER
Directly attached the merchandiser manager, your mission is to assist the merchandiser for:
- Ø To follow up the running order in order to be sure that the initial delivery date is respected
- Get proforma invoice back and check PI before sending in france
- To manage the sampling in each steps
- A first filter before sending sample in France
- To launch the production and confirm delivery date with supplier
- Quality Inspection's planning and booking
- Ø Source products & searching for right suppliers, negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure best price.
- Ø To join the meeting with buyers
- Ø Place purchase order to suppliers
- Ø Interlocutor between supplier and France
- Ø To visit factory
- Ø Handling of administrative paper work such as P/O and shipping set of documents
- Ø Supplier's quotation analysis
- Ø Weekly activity reporting to the Managing Director
