Responsibilities
 •Foreign currency payments for expatriate staff payroll 
•Withholding tax clearance for cross border services fees
 •Tax and banking formalities handling for expatriate staff payroll and cross border services fees
 •Ensure effective communications internally and externally
 •Drive policy and procedure initiatives and development
 
主要负责海外/跨国付款。另外科目分析（10-20%），总帐（10%），以及中国区和Global的往来清理
 
  
 
Requirements
 •University graduate, major in Finance or related area
 •About 3-5 years working experience with a multinational organization dealing with cross border transactions
 •Experience in the above mentioned tasks is definitely necessary
 •Good liaison and communication skill with local authorities
 •Familiar with China government filing procedure and regulations 
•IT literate and proficient in Excel
 •Good in English - reading and written 
•Strong attention to details
 •Initiatives and able to work under pressure
 

有海外/跨国付款经验。另外，有总帐/代扣代缴/付汇/外管局经验最佳。
 
Potential candidates with more than one year AR/AP experience or Audit experience in local accounting firms are also considered. (Title: Officer)
