Position: Project Administrator Assistant - Project Payment Support

Regular tasks for this position are:
1. Summarize tax rate for each vendor before releasing purchasing order in order system;
2. Ask for invoice when goods receipt (GR) is done in order system;
3. Deliver invoice, Customs Declaration (CD) and Service Agreement (SA) to Accounting team when necessary;
4. Drive the whole payment process to make sure timely payment;
5. Settle GR IR mismatch and parked invoice issues.
Qualification:
1. It's expected who take this position can work more than 4 days each week and can stay at
least 6 months, 1 year is preferred;
2. Since this position interacts with both internal engineers and external vendors, fluent in English and excellent communication skills are must;
3. Accountable and proactive are required;
