Job Responsibilities
1. Location: Shanghai
2. Reporting to:Consultant
3. Direct report(s):Nil
4. Function(s): 1) Off - Assignment Provide industry research and update candidate database to efficient data mining. Help consultants maintain knowledge bank Update information of company's website Assist with recruiting new staff and other activities
2) On - Assignment Choose target industries, and conduct database research Help consultants define position specifications and frame the task plan Source qualified candidates for assigned project within specified time limits Gather information on potential candidates Telephone screen potential candidates List prospective candidate and arrange interview time for them Develop shortlist of candidates for consultants to interview Assist consultants preparing candidate reports Help consultants prepare research summary for clients Assist in client relations management and search process administration
3) Training and Development Create self-career development plan and implement it to increase self -competence Develop expertise in executive search area Develop innovative analytical approaches to problem solving Team-training to learn necessary knowledge and skills
Qualifications
1. Age: 24 - 30 years old
2. Education: A Bachelor degree in English or Management
3. Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus
4. Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese
5. Skills and Knowledge:
