•To ensure the delivery of the quality technical publications (Manuals) to internal & external customers (Clinical & Service) of the company.

•To ensure that all technical publications are complied with Legal and Regulatory compliance of Medical equipment.

•To work with Safety departments to make sure that technical publications are compliant.

•To develop and maintain professional communications with UK PSC & designers/ specialists, who supplied technological support, with a view to securing good quality, service support and fit for intended use.

•To ensure that all technical publications are complied with Elekta Global policy.

•To ensure that publish jobs are completed in accordance with scheduled by PCP & PEM projects, and drive the project to go forward.

•Collaborate with Documentation department of Elekta UK Product Supply Center (PSC) to make sure that all English Technical Publications, which are produced by China PSC, are satisfied with Elekta Global’s standard. 

•Collaborate with designers and Technical specialists, who can be Software engineer, Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, and Service engineer etc., to make sure that all technical content produced in the English publications must be Fit for intended us, and make sure that Language is correct and effectively conveys the technical message to Service User.

•Collaborate with Clinical Product Specialists to make sure that all content produced in the English publications must be Fit for intended us, and make sure that Language is correct and effectively conveys the technical message to Clinical User.

•Collaborate with Safety Engineer to make sure that all publications are satisfied with Safety compliance.

•Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) department to make sure that all publications are satisfied with IEC,  Legal and Regulatory compliance.

•Collaborate with Media Center of Elekta UK PSC to support all translation of Technical publications.

•Proactively obtain and collate design information as source material for the creation of required publications of E-BMEI product line.

•Ensure that the all technical publications are completed in accordance with agreed timetable.

Createand develop the manuals of linear accelerator product, and manage to collect and handle relevant Technical information from the designers, trainers, and engineering specialists.

·Recognised Bachelor degree or above in engineering qualification.

·Strong ability in learning and self-study.

·Able to work well in the team, have atrong accountability , good communication skills and demonstrate initiative.

Professional Competencies

·Fluent in language English, both verbal and written.

·Know EASE (Elekta Approved Simplified English) English

·Knowledge and experience of Adobe FrameMaker suite.

·Knowledgeable about word processing and technical writing about Medical Equipment in English.

·Ensure all the processes/ policies of the company are complied with.
