客服助理 Helpdesk Coordinator-某全球知名IT公司

         

工作地点：成都

岗位职责： 

1. Responsible for helpdesk call handling of IT technical related issues.

2. Responsible for communication with customer for verification user's request and remote control user's PC to solved user's problem.

3. Responsible for communication with customer for verification user's request and dispatch tickets to other production line or group.

4. Responsible for coordination between customer and backend engineers.

5. Responsible for tracing tickets.

6. Responsible for email handling of technical related issues.   

岗位要求：

1. College degree or above 

2. Fluent Korean/Japanese language listening, speaking, reading and writing skills without accent.

3. Clear and audible voice.

4. Basic reading and written English.

         

      薪酬福利：

      月薪2,000元/月；五天工作制，购买社保和住房公积金，公司提供住宿。
