Position：Sales Management Trainee（5 vacancies）
Sales Management Trainee is responsible for selling our high level events, conferences or forums to decision makers through telephone. Consequently, a qualified Sales Management Trainee should firstly know how to locate potential clients through massive and precise research, then reach to potential clients efficiently and transfer the necessary information to them in English fluently and thereby match their needs with our products and services rapidly and accurately.
Responsibility
1. Do massive industry and company researches.
2. Contact decision makers and convey our event information to them effectively based on specified research lists through the telephone or email
3. Familiarize yourself with the event you will be sold.
4. Provide an efficient message about prospects.
5. Register event delegates and sponsors
6. Maintain a good relationship with clients
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree required
2. Hard working
3. Excellent verbal and written English skills
4. Telesales or telemarketing capacity
5. Positive mental attitude with a competitive nature
6. High motivated and self assured
7. Strong work ethic
8. Collaborative team player

关于销售管理培训生计划：
这是一个特别为即将毕业的大学生设计的计划，为期2年。我们将会为培训生提供一个全面的事业发展计划，包括：
基础岗位实习（毕业前）
帮助您理解公司的背景、文化并熟悉部门业务的运作。
此阶段一般持续 6个月（毕业前）。
系统培训和项目锻炼
您将被安排系统的培训，并分配SZ&W Group的不同项目工作，以便加深对行业的理解，从中累积实际经验。
此阶段一般持续 6-8个月。
跨部门及管理技能培训及锻炼
接收跨部门及管理技能培训，并有机会担任Team Leader助理或异地锻炼阶段。全面深入地了解项目运作、管理。视个人表现，杰出表现的培训生将会获得各种发展及晋升机会，成为公司管理团队的重要一员。
此阶段6-8个月。
管理团队，独立承担项目
在完成以上3个阶段的集中培训和锻炼后，培训生将担任团队Team Leader，带领团队（ 5-6人），独立承担项目的销售业绩。
此阶段考核期 8个月。
未来发展
通过以上阶段和考核，您将在两年内成为公司的销售经理，有更好的机会进入公司中层管理团队；
同时，两年后，您也有机会转入公司其他相关岗位（市场营销岗位、行业研究岗位等）。
根据公司海外业务发展需求，以及您个人的意愿，您将有机会被派往海外办公室工作。
