职位描述:
    General responsibilities（工作责职）:
    1. Coordinate production capacity in a cycle time.协调生产能力
    2. Review raw material and inventory status, coordinate with related department to ensure production in a good condition.每日评估原料和库存状况，和相关部门协作解决，保证生产的正常进行。
    3. Arrange daily production schedule and follow.安排每日生产计划并跟踪相关进度。
    4. Coordinate the production schedule with process requirement.协调生产计划，满足生产需要
    5．Follow up the operation consumption in area跟踪区域生产用品消耗量
    6. Statistic batch raw material consumption and production yield统计批次原材料消耗和收率
    7. Statistic daily raw material inventory in production workshop and set up reasonable safety stock according to production plan.统计每日车间原料库存状况并根据生产计划设定合理库存量
    8．Participate in daily and monthly forecast/planning review meeting, update daily batch status in the system
    参加每日和月度生产计划进度会议，更新每日系统生产进度。
    9．Statistic and analyze shift batch follow up status 统计分析每个班次进度执行情况。
    10. Arrange monthly/cycle count raw material/consumable stocktaking in production组织定期盘点生产部原/辅料状况。
    11．Collect and analyze employees’ performance data整理分析生产部员工绩效数据。
    12．Communicate with related department if any case to fulfill on time.能及时和相关部门进行有效的沟通，保证产品的顺利生产。
    13. Must work independently and be able to finish the task required by department head.能独立工作，完成部门经理安排的各项工作。
   
    Basic requirement（基本要求）:
    1. College or university graduated 大专或以上学历
    2. Fluency in Chinese and English 良好的中英文口头能力和书写能力
    3. Familiar with Microsoft office package熟练使用计算机
    4. Good communication, planning, coordination, clear mindset and trouble shooting skills 有优秀的沟通，计划，协调，清晰的思维和解决问题的能力
    5. Be patient, carefulness, strong sense of responsibility /teamwork and hard working工作有耐心，认真细心，积极主动和强烈的责任感和团队协作意识
