Department  : MINI Marketing Event
Key responsibilities 
1.    Support MINI car monitoring, transferring and handover affairs.
2.    Manage MINI company car lending and returning  
3.    Interact with different agencies and dealers to deal with car handover and transportation processes
4.    Coordinate financial process of various agency purchase orders and purchase requisitions 
5.    Help colleagues with their monthly claims and travel claims 
6.    Other tasks assigned by team members 
Requirements: 
1.    undergraduates or postgraduate students in colleges or universities 
2.    fluency on oral English and written English (especially written English)
3.    Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility  
4.    At least 4 days per week,6 month preferred 
5.   (most important) Strong stress tolerance and acceptance of overtime work
salary：RMB 100 /day （After-tax）

部门介绍：
宝马（中国）MINI 市场部Event部门
MINI event 部门是宝马旗下品牌MINI活动部门，负责所有MINI车展的筹备、MINI全国系列活动、车辆日常管理运转等工作。
工作内容：
1、    负责日常车辆管理、交接、运转等工作
2、    负责MINI Event与其他公司合作的Event车辆交接归还等安排
3、    和日常供应商、经销商打交道，安排车辆维修、运输等事宜
4、    负责Event部门采购订单、合同等财务流程
5、    部门人员的月度报销及出差报销
6、    其他相关support的工作

要求：
1、    各种不限专业的在读本科生、研究生（请务必保证实习期间是学生身份）
2、    熟练的英语能力，特别是英语写作能力（英文邮件的撰写）
3、    极强的人际交往能力和沟通能力
4、    每周至少四天，能坚持六个月最好。
5、    （这个很重要）可以尽快入职！
6、    （世界上最重要的一点！！！）靠谱，极强的抗压能力，极强的时间管理能力，能接受加班加班加班！！！

实习工资：100元/天（税后）
以上，这份实习真的挺辛苦，（不好的话说在前面嗯~）真的需要很强的抗压能力。不过，坚持下来，收获不是你们能想象的：对汽车行业的了解，500强大型外企运营的架构与了解，与不同类型公司和人的交往能力与人脉积累，实际工作能力培养与积累，在大公司工作的经验......甚至有的时候还能自己开MINI的车短距离爽一把（虽然本人不会开车，没法自己开...）。这些一定都能让你拥有突飞猛进的成长！
