工作职责如下:
1. Responsible for telephone, fax, copy, typing, distribution of letters, documents and filings;
负责公司前台接待及电话接转,收发传真,复印及打印文档,收发信件、报刊、文件等;
2. Update Employee’s contact no. and email address;
及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息;
3. Order the drinking water, arrange the transportation of Company’s van, delivery the company letters, parcel and anything;
负责订水、公司车辆调度及公司信件、包裹邮寄等;
4. Ensure the supply of stationery and miscellaneous items can meet the demand of office operation;
负责公司文具及杂物订购;
5. Ensure the good support for staff and guest’s business trip, including air-tickets, hotel accommodation, airport pick-up and so on;
负责安排员工及访客的出差安排,包括机票,住宿,接机等;
6. Clear the monthly administration expenses;
每月行政相关费用的结算;
7. To assist with HR manager for annual dinner and company outing ;
协助人事经理完成公司年会及外出旅游活动安排;
8. Assist with the Finance manager to be responsible for all administrative works for whole company.
完成财务经理交给的其它事务性工作。
