ProveTech based Hardware-in-loop Simulator Setup

Background: Hardware-in-loop simulator is the state of art technology for testing. On the market there exist already several tool vendors e.g.: dSPACE GmbH, ETAS GmbH, Opal-RT Co. and so on. The main problem we have observed that developed test scripts cannot be reused for different platform since every tool vendor has its own tool chains. Organization like ASAM tried to standardize all the interfaces with the HIL-API, but this cannot work without the support from different tool vendors.

Motivation: Together with Daimler, MBtech has developed own ProveTech Suit (ProveTech:TA) to overcome that problem, and we have achieved support of almost all the vendors:

Moreover MBtech have our own tool PROVEtech:RE, with this we can configure and integrate third party tool, e.g. Goepel GmbH, Vector GmbH. With the uniform software platform, we can share all the test scripts for different platform and spare the overall cost for OEMs.

Tasks:

Set up a graphic configuration GUI based on XML to integrate third part tools;

Set up a frame Simulink Model based on Excel Signal list (Model Generator);

Qualification:

Matlab/Simulink;

CAN Communication;

Basic VB programming;

Basic XML programming;

German/English;

µHIL system knowledge preferred;
