-Assignment Title: Intern - Customer Service and Order Handling
-DEGREE REQUIRED: University Student
-Major: Finance, accounting preferred
-No. of Openings: 1
-Location: Shanghai
-Working Frequency: 4 days/ week
-Assignment Duration: 6 months
Responsibility:
1) Stock checking for ITP before making a new PO
2) Inform finance to issue invoice for POs when ready
3) Claim order booking and release notification
4) Goods arriving notification on Monday every two weeks and every week in quarter end
5) Chop contracts and send it to ITP
6) PO and SO printing and scanned copy uploading and archiving
7) Support commercial mgr when making bidding documents
8) Back up the Customer Service Specialist staff (only 1 staff) while she is on leave
Requirements:
- Pro-active work attitude, deliver work with sound quality
- Good communication skills
- Good written English
