Position: Search Consultant
Location: Beijing (Room 1704, E-Tower, Guanghua Lu Chaoyang District, Beijing, China)

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Consultant and clients to analyze & comprehend client background, job description, conduct industrial/market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry;
2. Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner. Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached; 
3. Assist consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with consultant& candidate coordination, etc.
4. Key in all qualified resumes in executive searcher database (hardcopy & softcopy) and updating on regular basis

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor degree above; 
2. Good command of both oral and written English; 
3. Detail oriented and well organized; 
4. Work hard and has strong responsibility on job; 
5. Good analysis and problem-solving skills; 
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate with senior clients and candidates; 
7. Result-oriented and service mindset;
8. Graduating student or 1 years work experience.
