Title: IHS Assistant, HR
SBU: Human Resources
Reports to: IHS Leader
Location: DCH, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of occupational health surveillance.
- Assist to provide advice and flow up for occupational & non--occupational injuries and illness, participate in case investigation.
- Be familiar with Health promotion program & education / Travel Medicine.
- Work with business medical/SHE team and assist to provide Occupational Health Disease Hazards communication, Ergo training, First Aid training etc.
- As a medical function team member, assist to communicate and deal with day to day medical related cases (e.g. medical consultation, case referral and first aid treatment etc.).
- Assist to implement assessment for health risk, long term disability, MSDS etc.
- Take charge of sick leave management.
- Assist to implement EAP(Employee assistance program) service.
- Assist to Maintain relationship with third party providers.
- Analyze data and run reports on medical or occupational medical issues.
- Keep complete, comprehensive, legible, professional medical records.
- Update regulations and laws related to Occupation Health and Occupational Medicine.
- Administrative work (translation, vendor arrangement, meeting management, data input...).
- Other miscellaneous issues as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Medical or Occupational health background, bachelor's degree, college diploma at least.
- Have working experience of integrated health service or occupational medicine is preferred.
- Team player, solid communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong admin and computer skills.
- Knowledge in occupational medicine is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of requirements of Labor Law, Code of Occupational Disease Prevention, Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance and other relevant rule of law are preferred.
- Willingness/ability to learn.
