CONTRACT DAYS: 6 month contract
POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Human Resources Administrator, the primary responsibility of the position will be to deal with visa and work permits for expatriate staff and assist the Human Resources Administrator in a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks.
SUPERVISED, EVALUATED BY & REPORTS TO:Human Resources Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS:
➢ Graduate
➢ Knowledge and use of advanced application pertaining to Word processing and spreadsheets
➢ Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)➢ Ability to organize and prioritize work without direction from supervisor
➢ A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
➢ Confidentiality a must
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Work with the HR Administrator to ensure that all expatriate visas and work permits are processed on time within the legal requirementso Translation of resumes from English into Chineseo Preparation of application documents for work permits and residence visaso Filing of passports and visa documentso Help to arrange necessary medical checkups
➢ Perform a variety of secretarial duties for the department
➢ Perform other duties as assigned
