2、基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
（1）
热爱测井事业，对测井仪器硬件研发、软件研发、技术支持工作有持续的热情。
Enthusiastic to logging career, hardware and software R&D of logging tool, technical support work.
（2）
研究生阶段的课题项目与测井硬件或软件相关。
Graduate program is related to logging hardware or software.
（3）英语口语流利。理工类毕业生持有全国大学英语六级考试（CET-6级）或以上证书，同等条件下英语优秀者优先考虑；
外语类专业毕业生通过专业8级，熟练地听说读写及较强的口、笔译能力；
Fluent oral English is better. Science and engineering graduates shall pass CET-6 or above, candidates with good English will be preferred;
Graduates of foreign language majors should pass TEM-8, and with good practical ability;
（4）熟练使用计算机及熟悉各类办公软件；
Familiar with computer and several of office software;
（5）具备坚忍不拔的品质，主动积极的精神，身体健康，愿意从事较艰苦的油田现场服务工作；
Firm and unyielding personality, active to work, healthy and willing to engage in oil field serving work;
（6）技术支持岗位人员能够接受经常出差及工作地点变化；
Staffs of technical support have to accept frequent business trips and shift of working location;
（7）在学校，院系，或在班级中担任过干部并组织过一定的团队活动者优先考虑；
Candidates who have ever been leaders of department or class in campus are preferred;
（8）具有社会实践经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with social practices are preferred.
