CATEGORY COORDINATOR

Manage key seasonal product allocation and global quick strike process and plan

To ensure the right product  goes to the right place with right depth and at the right time.

Main task:

1.Ensure and elevate  Allocation and QS Adoption Rate by retail partners thru the reasonable and profitable allocation and QS plan

2.Generate the QS product allocation plan by acct and by door

3.Shipment status tracking

4.QS contract setting

5.Monitor and track the allocation and QS product ST performance by door level

Preparing Sell-in Tool:

Process/Execution Excellence

Main task:

1.Seasonal product line list download from RLF/SIM

2.Seasonal product sequence arrangement for GTM

3.Catalog cover/divider/story page picking for GTM/CSI

4.Seasonal product info brief translation for GTM/CSI

5.Catalog Key item page making for GTM/CSI

6.Catalog Corrigenda info collection for GTM/CSI

SIM/GTM/KAM/CSI Meeting Coordinator

Process/Execution Excellence

Main task:

1.Collect and track presentation process and consolidation

2.Handout hardcopy preparing

3.Assist to collect and generate SIM/GTM/CSI Sales product feedback summary

4.Seasonal sample ordering & Showroom setup

5.Assist to create the GTM & CSI Recap

6.Assist to generate SIM/KAM/GTM/CSI Working schedule deck

What else:

1.Give-away booking

2.Assist to prepare meetings

3.Generate Meeting Minutes

4.Any urgent task

Qualifications:

1.Undergraduate students major in Science or Technology with bachelor degrees to be achieved after graduation preferred

2.Can provide 3 full days working time

3.Have worked in the students’ union or have some kinds of part time and internship experiences

4.Communicate effectively, detail-oriented and hard working

5.Good command of English (both spoken and written)
