What we do? Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) is one of the seven industry teams in The Trade Council, the governmental export and investment promotion organization under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. We are a dedicated and highly qualified team of consultants with locations all across China. We have substantial local knowledge about current and future projects within the construction industry, which allows us to provide highly competitive services for both smaller and larger Danish companies. What we are looking for? The Royal Danish Consulate General is looking for an intern with an understanding of the Chinese Architecture, Engineering & Construction sector. We expect you to possess the following qualifications: ·Enrolled in a masterprogramme. ·Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. ·Majors related with economics, marketing or business administration would be a plus. ·Good analytical and communication skills. ·Structured approach to assignments and strong multi-tasking ability. ·Proficient knowledge of Power Point & Excel. ·Studied abroad is preferred. ·Some working experience from a foreign company. What you are expected to offer? ·Data collection andmarket analyses in specific industrial sectors; ·Public media search and distribution of bi-weekly news letters; ·Commercial sector report (import, distribution, competitors, partnerships, new product launches, etc.); ·Planning and execution of high level visits between Danish companies and Chinese authorities or companies; ·Ad hoc assignments. Selected candidates will be interviewed immediately and upon acceptance begin the internship accordingly. Practical info Working hours: 20-30 hours per week (4-5 days) but overtime work will be expected. On-board date: 1st of February (or as soon as possible). Duration: 6 months.
