Job description:
to provide assistance to sales team on:
1.build up relationship with customer purchasing and management to understand customer strategy, roadmap and capability.
2.develop customer accounts with ON value, product portfolio/solutions and service, to find win-win business opportunities. 
3.execute company distribution, segment and account strategy.
4.handle various customer issues.
5.manage his/her  account/segmentintermofforecast/resale/inventory/booking/billing.
6.work with Field Application Engineers to achieve design-in and design-win and increase segment and customer account penetration.
7.collect and summarize market trend and customer future needs and feedback to business units.

Job Requirement:
1.undergraduate student （Bachelor）.
2.majoring in Electronics and Automation.
3.having knowledge or experience on how to do schematic and PCB layout design (plus for Sales Trainee).
4.having knowledge or experience on simulation of electronic circuits (plus for Sales Trainee).
5.good communication skills.
6.proactive attitude, willing to work under pressure.
7.fluent English in speaking, listening and writing would be added advantage.
