IT Helpdesk Support (Beijing)

Location: Beijing

Overview

Support end-user, maintain and purchase hardware, implement related projects with the objective of improving company operation effectiveness and efficiency and reducing operation risk and cost within TE strategy and TE system compliance requirements.\

Requirements

1. Provide helpdesk support to users

2. LAN infrastructure support

3. PC hardware and software support

4. Hardware and software inventory maintenance

5. Provide end user training and assistance

6. Ad Hoc reporting

Qualifications

- 2013 graduate, College or Bachelor’s degree

- Major in IT or telecom preferred

- Familiar with PC-based applications include MS Windows 200X/XP, MS server, MS Office, MS Outlook

- Workable English

- Responsible, self-motivated, good learning ability
