本职务是专为法国Trafigura集团在宁波镇海的全资子公司所招聘。

Responsibilities:
- Handle all documentation related to Company’s purchases: from booking of trade, execution of contract, check of full set of documents and preparation for customs clearance, as well as filling after clearance;
- Oversee and manage cargo physical movement: keep track of containers from cargo’s shipment until cargo delivery;
- Communicate with related external and internal parties such as clearance agent to make sure every step of clearance is done timely;
-Input and update of purchase and sales information in RECY (Company’s trade system) and daily inventory reporting;
-Estimate import costs, checking comparing with actual costs;
-Update various management reports in daily, weekly or monthly basis;
-Weight bridge control: uploading of purchase reception and sales data, accurate reporting and timely in daily report;

Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in English Language or International Trading or Logistics management.
Written and spoken English, grasp of Office software especially Excel
Import documents, internal trade, understanding of scrap business in China such as import licenses.
