[u][b]Role Purpose[/b][/u]
The role holder will principally be responsible for providing general finance and risk management support to the Company's cross-functional team based in North-East Asia. 

[u][b]Main Responsibilities[/b][/u]
-Prepare journals and help with monthly closing process
-Help with monthly, quarterly tax filing process. Prepare documents and work as liaison with our Audit firms
-Liaison with banks, bureau, and vendors. Prepare and deliver the documents and information required by different parties. Collecting supporting documents from vendors
-Help with risk management policies design and implementation process
-Ad-hoc work. Including monthly document filing, and other administrative works 

Ideally, the intern will be required to work [i]from January to June 2013, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 per day[/i]. [i]The intern will receive a competitive intern allowance plus Personal Accident Insurance.[/i]

[u][b]Knowledge, Skills and Experience[/b][/u]
The successful candidates should be confident and outgoing with good English language skills, ideally a university student with accounting major in the 3nd or 4rd year of their studies. Good organization skills and good communication skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Windows products.
