Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect, combine and calculate every monthly attendance record for over 200 employees
2. Manage and supervise employee's leaving record
3. Deliver pay sheet to employees
4. Guiding for new employees' induction and deliver new employee orientation
5. Provide correct and appropriate human resource information/consultancies when inquired by other colleagues
6. In charge of HR system by inputting employees' data and personal information and file and keep HR documentary with a sense of confidentiality
7. Assist in documentary translation or ppt making when necessary
8. to complete other work assigned by HR department
Qualification:
Down-to detail attitude
easygoing and passionate
good English ability in reading, writing and speaking
Able to work at least 3 days a week |
