Build Your Future
The LEGO Global Graduate Program consists of positions in both our Marketing and Operations organisations. The graduates will complete four different assignments over a two-year period, including international assignments in various countries. The 2013 program will focus on building the presence and experience in support of the Asian markets.
About the Graduate Programme

Operations (Supply Chain)
Engineering graduates will experience assignments in the areas of Operations including Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, Supply Planning and Distribution, and Procurement and will rotate through assignments in some of our manufacturing sites (located in Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Mexico). Candidates must be eligible for deployment opportunities in China at the end of the program.
Marketing
Through rotations in Denmark and Asia, Business Administration graduates will gain experience within several different areas such as Consumer Insights, Sales Forecasting, Regional Marketing and Product Development. By the end of the program, candidates have been put in position for a broad range of deployment opportunities within the Marketing organisation.

What we are looking for:
•You recently obtained your Master’s degree or will by September, 2013
•You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English
•You have some work experience gained through internships
•You are geographically mobile
