职位一:Secretary Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing secretarial works to Partners/Managers and team members;
· Responsible for coordinating closely with team members and other business and supporting departments;
Requirements:
· Junior or Senior student in University;
· Good command of both spoken and written English;
· Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint;
· Hard working and good sense of responsibility;
· Self-motivated, pleasant personality, with good interpersonal skills;
· Internship period from February to May, 2013, 5 days/week;
职位二:IT Intern
Responsibility:
· System function testing;
· System function demo support to administrators/secretaries/general staff;
UAT coordination and support;
Migrated data checking and validation;
Parallel run support and data input;
On-site user support after system launch;
Requirements:
· Outstanding students in Junior or Senior, IT related majors are preferred;
· Team player with good interpersonal skill and service attitude;
· Able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English;
· Able to do internship from now to July/August, 2013;
Training on the system functions and related business processes will be provided to the contractors
职位三: SH HR Intern:
Responsibilities:
· Interview Arrangement:
Work with functional hiring managers directly or their secretaries to plan interview schedules as required
Record the interview status and follow up on progress when necessary
· System Operation:
Capture candidates' information into relevant system after they start interview process
Run recruitment reports in relevant system for the leadership reference as required
· Background Checking:
Provide background checking services for staff level hires, including education certification and previous employment records
· Pre-Onboarding Arrangement:
Healthy check arrangement for onboarding candidates
Feedback healthy check results to recruiters
Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master degree, related major or working experiences are preferred
· At least 4 days/week from now on to June
· CET-6/TEM 4 or above, good oral and written English skill
· Embrace challenges, creative thinking and well-organized
· Nice personality, able to work under pressure
· Strong commitment to HR profession, self-motivated
· Possibility to be transferred to permanent position based on internship performance and function needs
职位四:SH Consulting-ICS Intern:
Responsibilities:
· Support the learning & Talent Development to organize internal trainings and provide on-sit support;
· Support Consulting managers on daily affairs, such as meeting arrangement, expense reimbursement etc.;
· Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;
Qualifications:
· Master degree, IT background is preferred;
· Full-time internship from now to December 2013, at least 4 days/week;
· CET-6/TEM-4 or above, good oral and written English skill;
· Embrace challenges, creative thinking and well-organized;
· Stable, good communication and coordination skill;
· Nice personality, able to work under pressure;
