Job Title: HR Temp Department: Human Resources

Responsibilities and authorities岗位职责与权限:
1. 发布招聘广告、筛选简历、组织和参与面试、发放录用通知。
Publish recruitment Ads, screen CVs, organize and participate interview and send offer or employment notification.
2. 员工的入职、离职、异动手续的办理。
Deal with variation formalities of enrolling, termination and transferring of employees;
3. 员工档案的收集整理和保管,编辑、更新员工花名册。
Collect and keep staff personal files; input staff information and update staff list.
4. 办理劳动用工登记,劳动用工年审及相关业务。
Deal with employment registration in local labor bureau and carry out annual auditing and related matters.
5. 办理社会保险、公积金、商业保险的增减员及相关费用的计算、核对和缴付。
Handle the procedures of social insurances, housing fund and commercial insurance; calculate, check and prepare the related payments.
6. 办理员工商业保险和工伤险的理赔报销。
Handle the claims and reimbursement of personnel's' commercial insurance and work injury insurance.
7. 检查并记录员工休假和考勤数据,编制月度考勤表。
Check and record employee leaves and attendance data, prepare monthly attendance report.
8. 人事经理安排的其它工作。
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements and qualifications任职要求:
1. 教育背景Education Background
Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resource is preferred.
2. 工作年限Years of working
At least 1 year work experience in HR field.
3. 工作经验Working experience
Practice in recruitment and staff enrolling, familiar with social insurance rules and policies.
4. 专业知识Professional knowledge
Good knowledge of HR functions, such as recruitment, C&B and labor related laws, regulations, and policies.
5. 资格认证Certificate & certification

6. 个性特征characteristic
Easy-going, active, patient and careful.
7. 语言能力Language skills
Good English skills, both in speaking and writing.
8. 计算机技能IT skills
Good at MS Excel, Word.
