Key Responsibilities:

·         Conducting company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia 

·         Select search strategy of target companies

·         Make cold call and warm call for daily work

·         Pre-screening of candidates and database management 

·         Preparing candidate profiles and ensuring quality of search process

·         Telephone interview of the candidates

·         Arrange interview for consultants

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor holder with any major 

·         Proficient in written and spoken English

·         Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented team player
