Analyst/Senior Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct primary and secondary research for various target industries and companies including competition analysis and market research;
- To screen potential investment opportunities and to conduct due diligence for target companies;
- To build valuation model for target companies; and
- To draft investment summary and investment proposal for investment committee approval
Requirements:
- 1-3 years investment/transaction/audit experience in China, audit experience with international auditing firms is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both written Chinese and English
- Strong people skills to relate to different level of people within an organization
