Main responsibility:
1. System set up and configuration per specification
2. Develop workflow, interface
3. Develop procedures in SQL
4. Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including requirement and escalation of client issues as appropriate
5. Assist customers with software bugs
6. Help Desk support and QA when required
Requirement:
MIS, computing related
Fluent in oral and written English
Attitude
Respect the wishes of the customers; deal with the customer’s expectation
Motivated and proactive
Desire to achieve the goal and learn new knowledge
Detail-oriented
