Position：Embeded VoIP Software development Engineer（SIP/audio/BT/Platform）
Location: Shanghai
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an engineer in SIP/audio/BT/Platform domain. He/She working in close relations with our ODM partners to drive and review their development and contribute to co-engineering activities with them. He/she will collaborate with our internal experts in the different involved domains such as bluetooth, audio, VoIP telephony, etc. These developments will be conducted in close relations with other developments teams (hardware, software, QA) located in China and outside China.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-Ensuring design, development and test of software into a global project
-Documenting feature development via external specifications
-Documenting architecture and algorithm implemented (Internal Specifications)
-Documenting internal interfaces
-Defect analyzing and bug shooting
-Applying methodology/Process with particular attention on Unitary tests and Integration tests
-Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mandatory
O Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or communication science, or computer science.
O Good experience in C and C++ programming.
O Good communication skills, English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
O Work independently with high accountability. Show good team spirit.
O Be familiar with the computer architecture, data structure and compilation principle
- Nice to have
O SIP phone or SIP gateway or SIP server development experience is a plus.
O Good knowledge in VoIP protocol (RTP/RTCP protocol), Voice Codec, QoS of VoIP and acoustics echo cancellation is a plus.
O Familiar with Linux and/or UNIX development environment and ClearCase, ClearQuest is a plus.
O Familiar with Bluetooth headset products development, Bluetooth protocol is a plus.
O Linux kernel driver development is a plus
