岗位职责 Responsibilities:
1、协助销售业务人员整理客户资料并汇总统计;
Assist sales representatives to manage the customer profiles.
2、部门会议的组织和安排;
Organize and arrange the department meetings.
3、部门文件、工作函件的印发、归档;
Issue and archive the documents and work letters of the department.
4、协助组织各类营销活动;
Assist to organize all kinds of marketing activities.
5、完成公司及上级主管交办的其它任务。
Complete other tasks appointed by the company and supervisors.
任职要求 Qualifications:
1、0.5年相关工作经验,熟练的办公软件应用;
1 to 2 years' working experience and familiar with MS Office.
2、本科以上学历,金融或行政相关专业优先考虑;
Bachelor degree and above. Finance, administration and related majors are preferred.
3、敬业精神强,要求具备很强的学习能力和意愿,并具有转化为销售人员的潜力
Dedicated to work, willing and able to learn, and have the potential capacity to be a sales representative.
4、有助人服务意识,热情,工作细致,吃苦耐劳
