Job Responsibilities:
The Trust & Safety Policy Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to generate customer insights, create customer facing educational contents, perform fundamental analytical tasks in Excel, and perform research for eBay policy enforcement.
Job Requirements:
•Business, language, statistics, computer science, or finance backgrounds ideal
•Must have very strong communication skills: conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, customer satisfaction, diplomacy, rapport building, and decision making
•Able to clearly and concisely articulate a series of logical arguments
•Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SQL (Ideal)
•Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese. English (Ideal)
Work Location: Futian District, Shenzhen China
Shift Requirement: 3-5 days per week, minimum 6 month term
Salary:
150 RMB/per day 25 RMB lunch allowance/per day
