Position Responsibilites:

1. Assist sales people with external coordination(document & fax handing, contract filing and
   related market information coolecting).
2. Communication with other departments and external customers (place contract execution note,
   prepare documents in contract execution process, payment collection and invoice preparation,
   understand contract process condition) and feedback to sales.
3. Conclude monthly sales condition and complete the monthly sales report.
4. Maintaining customer relationship.
5. Fulfill other related works.

Qualification and Requirements:

1. University graduates with bachelor degree or above, Major in marketing / buesiness
   management / foreign language / economy / internationl trade.
2. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team-player, proactive, under pressure,
   dedication.
3. Computer and newwork knowledge.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. The least Cet 6 holder or above.
