Translator - Internship
Description:
- As a translator, you will be working under the deadline to provide high quality translation from English to Chinese and vise versa. You will need to have extreme attention to details. Careless people may not apply.
- As a copywriter, you will be working with the creative team from conceptualization to production.
- As a researcher, you will be working independently on research in different areas using various means, i.e. internet, publications, personal connections and other information channels.
- As an employee of BRIDGE86, you will work with cutting edge computer software on different language platforms, you will communicate using new technologies, you will need to deal with people at all levels.
Position Requirement
- BA/BS or above degree with CET-6 or above
- If you are fresh graduate or graduate-to-be from a famous university, your English level shall be the top 5 in your class.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet challenging deadlines and conflicting priorities
- A people person, a team player and feel comfortable with foreigners.
- Resourceful, fast Learner
- Attention to details. Strict with quality. Highly responsible.
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese.
- Good oral speaking in English, i.e. being able to communicate with native English speakers
- Good English writing skills, i.e. being able to exchange emails with native English speakers in both professional and social events
- Good computer skills. Familiar with new technologies.
- Independent, initiative, issue solver
