1)       Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

a)       Support Eng, QA, CFI to analyze Root cause for product test failure

b)       Supporting IT to resolve system related issues

c)       Monthly data analysis of product quality issue and evaluate the performance of supporting team

a)       Computer related Majors

b)       Understand computer application and programming language

c)       Understanding Server and network infrastructure

d)       Good teamwork spirit, communication skill, good English skill

 

2)       Job Title: Operations Management

a)       Coordinate factory daily activities to ensure high production efficiency, high quality of products build with lowest cost.

b)       Reports and presents activities, issues to management team.

a)       Strong intention to put self-development in the manufacturing operation, engineering or quality area

b)       Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical or other Engineering related )

c)       Fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

 

3)       Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

a)       Manage PC or Commodity quality of Dell Chengdu factory and drive quality metrics to plan. Continue improving factory processes to achieve WW best product quality.

b)       Drive design improvement, supplier quality management.

a)       Knowledge about product quality, factory quality, customer escalation, supplier quality mgmt. and inspection

b)       Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical or other Engineering related)

c)       Fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

 

1)       Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering

a)       Develop, implement, and maintain operation sequence and processes in fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

b)       Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and give recommendations on tooling and process of new or existing product lines.

c)       Develop and implement production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.

d)       Implements factory processes and procedures.

e)       Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

a)       Be able to have summer intern either in Jun, Jul and Aug or Jul and Aug.

b)       Strong intention to put self-development in manufacturing operation, engineering or quality.

c)       To be graduated in 2014

d)       Fluent in English. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good at analyzing and problem solving.

 

2)       Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineering

a)       Project based internship program

b)       Work closely with suppliers, sustaining groups and extended core team to ensure productivity at the supplier side

c)       Assist to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.

d)       Assist in excursion management through root cause analysis.

e)       Drive implementation and validation of improvement/corrective actions.

f)        Provide recommendations and risk assessments on new suppliers and process.

g)       Develop and implement the quality management plan using Dell and industry tools and standards to drive quality improvements and initiatives.

a)       Be able to have summer intern either in Jun, Jul and Aug or Jul and Aug.

b)       Strong intention to put self-development in manufacturing operation, engineering or quality.

c)       To be graduated in 2014

d)       Fluent in English. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good at analyzing and problem solving.
