Position: Receptionist

Responsibility
1.Answer telephone, screen and transfer calls.
2.Greet and serve visitors
3.Handle inquiries and announce decisions to relevant personnel.
4.Communicate with staff and external vendors.
5.Responsible for sending and receiving expresses letters and faxes.
6.Update internal employee communication list when needed.
7.Other temporary duties
8.HSSE work business as HSSE MR.
9.Order stationery, expendable office supplies and drink water.
10.Check mobile phone bills monthly.
11.Administer and confirm monthly payment to suppliers, submit payment requests monthly.
12.Order business cards and staff cards.
13.Inspect and maintain office equipment.
14.Arrange hotel accommodations for some foreign employees and clients who visit China.
15.Airline ticket reservation
16.Maintenance work to office supplies in public territory.

Requirement
1.College or bachelor degree with receptionist or administration related experiences
2.Good Commend of both English and Chinese.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, customer focus and  detail-oriented.
4.Skillful in MS office. 
5.Previous EHS experiences will be a bonus.
6.Willing to learn and grow with company.
