Our Positions

We have full-time marketing/product sourcing & development and summer internship opportunities based out of our Shenzhen office. Our internship and full-time marketing/product sourcing & development positions offer practical experience through active participation and execution in our daily operations.

Employees have opportunities to help AAI enlarge its factory network and present creative ideas and concepts to our organization as well as the business leaders of our clients. These opportunities are designed to provide a great experience, education, and exposure that challenges and develops individuals personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

·         Market trend research, especially Asian market

·         Develop new partnership with different factories

·         Sourcing products and factories

·         Work with American office for creative idea generation and product development

·         Developing marketing campaigns around client directed programs

·         Moving creative ideas into product development

·         Producing formal presentations

Requirements

·         Candidate must be a college student or recent graduate

·         Highly motivated individuals

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Excellent English and Chinese language skills

·         Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills

·         Possess a keen curiosity to learn about our clients and their target markets
