实习工资：12.5/小时

Job Title: Intern for La Mer Marketing
Report to: Product Manager & CRM Manager
Key roles and responsibilities: Product management related:
1. Product sales analysis based on guideline from PM.
2. Competitor creative ads collection upon standard template and drive conclusion.
3. Competitor product price/packshot collection and analysis.
4. Draft text for value sets, limited edition and brochure.
5. Assist PM on daily form filling in, such as repack form, pricing form, new product order list, PO tracking list.
6. Assist PM on new launch/re-promote campaign in future when necessary CRM related:
1. Draft text for CRM - related campaigns including copy for CRM collateral (direct mailers and leaflets) and SMS/MMS
2. Analyze CRM campaign results and draw conclusions; prepare summary campaign tracking presentations based on results
3. Assist CRM Manager on daily tasks, such as confirming and checking vendor billing accuracy, maintaining and tracking CRM collateral inventory levels, working with CRM vendor to ensure all programs are running smoothly.
4. Draft marketing and CRM memos
5. Help pull customer data from brand database for analysis General:
1. Deal with daily issue such as contacting courier, printing, filing, file upload/download.
2. Assist both managers with translations from English to Chinese and vice versa (product translations, copy translation, etc.)
Qualifications:
1. Languages:
- Fluent Mandarin
- Good English
2. Others
- Master Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
- Intern experience in marketing function is preferable.
- Cosmetic industry knowledge and passion
- Positive, open-minded, self-initiative and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and willing to take responsibility
- Full-time. Or 4 working days per week is a must.
- Senior Student is preferable.
