The primary roles and responsibilities of the intern as Strategic Procurement Analyst are:

• Assist the commodity managers to maintain and clean up the supplier related information in the supplier information database.
  
  
• Assist the commodity managers to set up eRFQ event in the eSourcing tool, coordinate RFQ event and perform the necessary RFQ analysis.
• Help execute Neo (parts/tools database) roadmap. Provide necessary support to commodity managers to ensure data completeness and integrity of part pricing information in Neo. Enable Neo for required cost reporting, spend reporting, forecast analysis etc.
• Manage supplier Assurance of Supply issues as and when needed.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate supplier meetings as and when needed.
• Perform tasks as assigned to ensure audit compliance and minimize business risk.
• Assist any other business activities relating to the commodities or suppliers our team manages.

• Excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Strong process-oriented skill with excellent productivity and effectiveness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team work spirit and can do attitude.
• High sense of responsibility. Willing to work under pressure.
• Mastery in English and local language.
