DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ? Contribute to the Firm’s research publications, and carry out original research on topical property market matters. ? Provide research supports in accordance to the agreed framework in order to help business growth. ? Stationing in Shenzhen, to work with the Head of Research (Guangzhou & Shenzhen ) to execute research plan ? Develop the office, residential and retail research platform for research quality enhancement ? Participate in Asia Pacific Regional and Global research initiatives and contribute as required REQUIREMENTS ? Academic training in English, real estate, town planning, economics or finance preferred ? Strong English and Chinese report writing, communication and presentation skills |
